Job summary

A leading company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a focus on Sales and Go-to-Market roles. The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both French and English, with extensive experience in recruitment within fintech or scaling tech environments. Responsibilities include managing hiring processes and delivering exceptional candidate experiences while collaborating with hiring managers throughout. Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in sales hiring for fintech.
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead hiring across Sales and Go-to-Market roles, specifically Field Sales.

If you thrive in fast-paced, scaling environments and enjoy working internationally across cultures, this is the role for you.

Fluency in both French and English is essential, and fintech experience is a strong advantage.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across Sales & GTM functions (e.g. Field sales, SDRs etc)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience from first contact to offer
  • Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding efforts

  • 4+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with a focus on Sales hiring in fintech or scaling tech companies
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong sourcing skills across both passive and active talent pools
  • Confident managing stakeholders independently and influencing hiring outcomes
  • Proactive, organised, and outcome-driven with a collaborative mindset
