Job summary

MagnetIX is seeking a Senior Talent Manager in Manchester to own commercial opportunities across a roster of high-profile talent. You will manage outreach, relationship-building, negotiation, contracting, delivery and reporting to ensure strong, revenue-generating partnerships.

We value commercially sharp, organized professionals who can take ownership, mentor juniors, and contribute to a fast-growing talent division within a PR/media environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities for talent and brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, media, and partners.
• Lead partnerships from initial talks through to negotiation, contracting, delivery and reporting.
• Drive revenue and work toward commercial targets.
• Mentor junior team members and support processes improvements.
