MagnetIX is proud to represent an ambitious and fast-growing talent and PR business as they continue to build out their talent division.
We are looking for a commercially minded, mature, highly organised and relationship-focused Senior Talent Manager to join their growing team.
This is not necessarily a traditional Talent Manager hire.
We are open to candidates from talent, influencer, PR, partnerships, account management, media, sales and other commercially driven environments.
What matters is that you're someone who is great with people, commercially sharp, organised, driven and confident taking ownership.
You'll take ownership of commercial opportunities across a roster of high-profile talent, acting as a trusted partner to both talent and brands.
You'll manage opportunities from initial outreach and relationship building through to negotiation, contracting, delivery and reporting, ensuring partnerships are commercially strong and delivered to an exceptional standard.
You'll also support the wider team and play an important role in developing more junior members.

You may not have had the title Talent Manager before — and that's absolutely fine.
We're looking for the right person, not simply the right job title.
Existing relationships across brands, agencies, media or entertainment would be advantageous, but we're more interested in your commercial ability, maturity, organisation and ability to build relationships.
You'll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving business working with high-profile personalities and leading brands, with the opportunity to make a real impact on the growth of the talent division.
This is a role for someone who wants responsibility, autonomy, commercial ownership and the opportunity to earn well.
If you're commercially sharp, naturally good with people, highly organised and thrive on making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.
