Omnea is seeking a Senior Talent Lead to own recruitment for Accounts Management, Customer Success, and Solutions roles. You’ll lead sourcing, outreach, pipeline development, and candidate close, spending significant time on screening and relationship management.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership in a growing startup. You’ll partner with customer leaders, shape role specs, and drive the candidate experience, contributing to employer branding and scalable recruiting playbooks as Omnea

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting for or in Customer Success or customer-facing roles in scaling startups.
• You know what great looks like and hold a high bar, but you're pragmatic and solutions-oriented.
• Track record of execution with ambitious targets and strong networks.
• Ruthlessly organised and outcomes-driven with process discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and bias to action.

Responsabilités

• Lead sourcing for customer roles and map talent markets.
• Oversee outreach, pipeline development, and candidate close.
• Define success profiles with hiring managers for customer roles.
• Improve candidate experience and manage expectations.
• Craft authentic, personalized outreach to candidates.
