Career Moves Group is seeking a Talent Experiences & Gifting Manager for the EMEA region in London. This senior, hands-on role leads gifting programmes with creative, strategic planning and end-to-end delivery.

You will manage multiple programmes from concept to production, supplier coordination and post-project review, operating across Content, Publicity, Awards, Marketing and Events.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent relations and experiential marketing.
• Ability to lead gifting programmes from concept to delivery.
• Strong budget, supplier and project management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple departments.
• Creative judgement with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead gifting programmes and experiences from strategy through to fulfilment.
• Develop elevated concepts for talent, titles and relationships.
• Provide direction on product selection, packaging and storytelling.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, PO information and supplier costs.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across Content, Marketing and Events.
• Oversee risks and ensure compliant delivery across EMEA.
