lululemon is seeking a Senior Creative Talent Manager based in London to lead end-to-end recruitment for European talent, supporting North American roles. You will partner with senior leaders, attend industry events, review portfolios, and coach candidates through the interview process.

The role emphasizes creative sourcing, strategic thinking, and representing the brand at events, with a strong focus on inclusion and the company's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of recent experience hiring creative talent.
• Strong background in partnering with senior leaders on proactive talent acquisition strategy.
• Strong background in Talent systems (ATS, LinkedIn) and building/delivering metrics and reporting.
• Deep understanding of a variety of creative recruiting/sourcing methods including networking, direct sourcing, and market mapping.
• Innovative, creative and strategic thinker.
• Able to attend out-of-office events representing Lululemon as a creative recruiting expert.
• Leads through the Company’s core values of: honesty, courage, personal responsibility, connection, entrepreneurship, fun and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruiting efforts from attraction to hire across entry level to executive.
• Find and attract European talent for North American based roles in partnership with North America hiring managers.
• Attend industry events and portfolio review sessions with local design schools and fashion shows.
• Coach candidates on presenting their creative process during interviews.
