Job summary

Think Specialist Recruitment are partnering with a highly recognised global organisation in Colnbrook to appoint an experienced Senior Recruitment Advisor to support a fast-paced commercial team. This will be a fully office-based role but there is some flexibility around the hours worked, so reduced hours will be considered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume commercial and operational vacancies.
• Partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to meet fast-moving recruitment demands.
• Proactively sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and direct methods.
• Building pipelines for sales and customer-focused roles, including Account Managers.
• Advising on market insight, attraction strategy, and hiring best practices.
• Coordinating and conducting assessments and interviews.
• Managing recruitment processes compliantly within a regulated environment.
• Supporting wider team with recruitment projects.
