Qualifications
10+ years of experience in civil and structural engineering with T&D exposure.
Proven experience in Transmission & Distribution infrastructure, including substations.
Experience leading and mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
Act as Design Manager / Lead Engineer for T&D projects.
Lead the delivery of designs for substations and cable routes.
Oversee design risk management and technical assurance.
