Job summary

Thales Group in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Systems IVVQ Engineer to perform integration, verification and validation activities and provide formal verification evidence for a compliant, safe product. You will work under the IVVQ Manager to define and execute test regimes across OME hardware and software.

The role requires a systems engineering background, ability to operate in a hybrid Glasgow environment, and clear communication with hardware, software and test teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with systems engineering methods for design, verification, validation, qualification, and acceptance.
• Skilled in defining and performing integration and verification tests for complex systems.
• Familiar with Siemens Polarion or equivalent tools for managing requirements traceability.

Responsibilities

• Performing the Integration, Verification & Validation for Optronic equipment for Land and Sea.
• Provision of Systems Engineering support to Hardware & Software teams during subsystem integration activities.
• Generation of System Test Plans, Procedures & Reports.
• Attending and conducting off-site trials and issue investigations.
