Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Senior Consultant to shape MBSE and Systems Engineering across defence and aerospace. You will lead transformations, engage stakeholders to refine requirements, and apply industry frameworks to improve engineering processes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to capability growth, and support business development. The role requires experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE, SysML, and modelling tools, with a degree in Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

Experience in Systems Engineering, MBSE and digital transformation.
Knowledge of systems engineering frameworks and modelling techniques.
Familiarity with SysML and modelling tools such as Cameo or Rhapsody.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead Systems Engineering and MBSE transformation initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and improve engineering processes.
Apply industry-standard frameworks, methodologies, and toolsets.
