Qualifications

• Degree or HNC/HND in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Strong experience with electronics based products.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate across disciplines and to management.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept generation and prototype evaluation.
• Align with PM and PO on project status, schedule and deliverables.
• Oversee design realisation, electrical integration, verification and validation of performance.
• Coach team on accountability, communication, and agile ways of working.
• Coordinate transfer to manufacture with suppliers and EMS.
