Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support the development of integrated communications products used in safety-critical environments. Based in the Peterborough area, the role is on-site five days per week with potential after probation for hybrid work.

You will translate customer needs into system requirements, lead design reviews, own technical decisions across hardware, software and networking, and produce clear diagrams and documentation for the team.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering systems across the full product lifecycle.
• Strong background in radiocommunications or related tech.
• Knowledge of VoIP and network-based communications.

Responsibilities

• Translate needs into system requirements and specs.
• Lead design reviews, integration and verification.
• Own system decisions across hardware, software, and networking.
• Produce technical docs and diagrams.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compatibility across systems.
