Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group in the South-East, UK, seeks a Systems Engineer to join an engineering team responsible for the delivery, integration and evolution of complex software-intensive technology systems.

The role spans requirements capture, solution architecture, integration, verification, deployment and ongoing development, with a structured approach to translating business needs into technical requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in systems engineering or related field.
Experience as Systems Engineer on complex software or systems integration projects.
Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis and management using structured systems engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation and decomposition for complex technology and software integration projects.
Facilitate workshops to establish functional, non-functional requirements, constraints and acceptance criteria.
Analyse, design and document cost-effective technical solutions that meet objectives.
Develop and maintain system architectures, interface specifications and integration strategies.
Define and manage requirements traceability across objectives and implementation.
Collaborate with software, infrastructure and hardware teams to resolve integration issues.
Contribute to technical proposals, SoWs and feasibility assessments.
Provide input into project planning, risk assessments and schedules.
Participate in design reviews and external stakeholder discussions.
Support system deployment and transition into service.
