Job summary

Archangel Lightworks Ltd. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to drive specification, design, integration and test of Optical Ground Stations and related products.

You will lead architecture and MBSE activities, coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure robust, scalable systems. You will define requirements, oversee verification, and guide the deployment and maintenance of ground stations while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating agile sprints to deliver

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with MBSE and SysML modeling.
• Strong ability to translate complex requirements into architectures and designs.
• Proven capability to lead and mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own system or sub-system specifications, verification planning, and external partner coordination.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues across assigned systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, ICDs, and budget considerations.
• Lead sprint planning and manage Agile workflows to ensure timely delivery.
