Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering of complex, communications, electro-optical, electro-mechanical or embedded software systems.
• Hands-on testing and operation of systems to run tests and demos.
• Knowledge of MBSE (SysML) and associated tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect).
• Experience across full engineering lifecycle from requirements to production.

Responsibilities

• Own systems or subsystems, leading specification and verification, primary technical contact for partners.
• Identify and address risks and issues within the allocated systems.
• Drive cross‑functional communications, produce accurate requirements, designs, models and documents.
• Plan and execute verification, qualification and demos to internal/external standards including interoperability.
• Develop, maintain and review system documentation, ICDs, and budgets.
• Lead sprint planning, manage Agile workflows, coordinate subsystem development and supplier management.
• Contribute to MBSE process improvements and tool support within the team.
