Ultra Maritime is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to apply end-to-end systems engineering methods across the full lifecycle, developing system requirements, design artefacts, and test documentation. You will support design reviews, lead work packages, and mentor junior engineers while influencing multidisciplinary decisions.
The role emphasizes producing engineering estimates and handling dependencies, assumptions and risks within a defence/maritime context.
Qualificações
- Minimum 5+ years in a complex engineering environment (defence/maritime preferred).
- Experience producing high-quality engineering documentation.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering process, practice and tools.
Responsabilidades
- Apply end‑to‑end systems engineering methods across the full lifecycle.
- Develop system requirements, specifications, design artefacts, and test documentation.
- Support System-level design reviews and customer presentations.
- Lead systems work packages delivering to time, cost, and quality.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to capability development.
- Provide technical leadership and influence multidisciplinary design decisions.
- Produce engineering estimates, identifying dependencies, assumptions, and risks.
