Thales UK is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Crawley hybrid role. The candidate will work on safety-critical development projects, managing requirements and IVVQ activities across complex programs.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field, experience with DOORS/Polarion, and mounting SC clearance. The position offers opportunities within a global technology leader with strong development and relocation support.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in a numerate or engineering subject.
• Experience with DOORS or Polarion for requirements management.
• Experience leading Integration, Verification, Validation and Qualification (IVVQ).
• Strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle from concept to test and design updates.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate that the solution satisfies the customer’s approved operational needs.
• Formalise and manage requirements using DOORS or Polarion.
• Assemble solution elements to evaluate design, behaviour and performance against requirements.
• Formalise specifications and engineering plans used to develop the solution.
• Support and undertake IVVQ activities.
• Conduct trade-off analysis, modelling and simulation.
• Produce SE and IVVQ documentation; work with Systems Engineering teams.
