Job summary

Thales UK is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer in Crawley for hybrid work. You will work on EW, radar or UAS solutions, driving full lifecycle systems engineering, requirements, integration and IVVQ activities in a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration across stakeholders and delivery of customer-focused engineering outcomes within a security-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in requirements management using DOORS or Polarion.
• Experience leading IVVQ activities and validating solutions.
• Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle from concept to test and update.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate that the solution satisfies the customer needs across the lifecycle.
• Formalise requirements and drive them through DOORS and system specs.
• Assemble solution elements and perform design conformance evaluation.
• Support IVVQ activities and perform trade-off analysis and modelling.
• Contribute to Systems Architecture or SE Management as needed.
