Job summary

Staffline in Deeside is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer to lead the definition, development, integration and certification of advanced actuation and control systems across the lifecycle. You will head supplier activities and own system architectures and interfaces across mechanical, software and electronics.

The role requires a degree in a relevant engineering field and strong systems engineering background with MBSE/SysML optional.

Qualifications

Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical/Mechatronics, or Systems Engineering.
Extensive aerospace actuation or high-integrity systems experience.
Proven experience leading supplier technical activities.
MBSE/SysML knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence supplier engineering teams; review analyses, design outputs, qualification evidence, and change proposals.
Own creation and control of system architectures, functional models, and interface definitions across mechanical, software, and electronics.
Own the system integration strategy, ensuring elements integrate with accuracy and controlled interfaces.
Champion continuous improvement of systems engineering processes and tools.
