Qualifications

• Extensive experience in photonics, laser systems or precision instrumentation is required.
• PhD or Master’s in Physics/Optical Engineering or similar preferred.
• Strong background in Systems engineering with requirements, interfaces, integration and verification.

Responsibilities

• Own the system architecture across optics, lasers, motion stages, electronics and software.
• Define and manage system requirements and verification plans for the next flagship product.
• Provide clear technical direction to a multidisciplinary team and balance performance, cost and reliability.
