Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Senior Family & Systemic Psychotherapist to lead systemic family therapy within Westminster CAMHS, part of the Neurodevelopmental Team. The role includes specialist assessments for complex presentations (ADHD, ASD, OCD) and supervision of Band 7s and trainees.

You will contribute to care plans, ensure NICE-guided interventions, and support service delivery within an MDT framework, with a leadership role in supervising colleagues and coordinating care

Qualifications

• Specialist family systemic psychotherapist with NHS CAMHS experience.
• Postgraduate qualification in systemic psychotherapy and NHS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver generic CAMHS assessments within required timescales.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based care plans across care settings.
• Provide clinical supervision and lead the Neurodevelopmental Sub Team.
• Contribute to leadership and clinical governance within Westminster CAMHS.
