East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8A Systemic Psychotherapist to deliver family-focused systemic interventions for young people with mental health difficulties within CAMHS. You will work with families, carers and partner agencies, contributing to the multidisciplinary pathway and group work where appropriate.

You will co-facilitate family therapy clinics, maintain high professional standards and manage your workload within a supportive team committed to our values.

Qualifications

• Significant experience of working with young people, including within CAMHS.
• Experience in systemic thinking and family-focused interventions.
• Ability to work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Provide systemic assessment and therapeutic interventions for young people with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, involving families and wider support networks.
• Co-facilitate family therapy clinics and evidence-based systemic interventions.
• Contribute to multi-agency collaboration and the wider assessment and treatment pathway.
