Job summary

Boeing UK is seeking a safety and environmental engineering leader to champion frameworks for high-quality product and service delivery. The role emphasizes collaboration with UK MOD and internal stakeholders, resource planning, and developing a diverse, capable team.

You'll oversee project plans, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across BDUK products and services with frequent travel as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and execute project and process plans and set goals.
• Experience in resource acquisition, supplier management, and process improvement.
• Strong relationship-building with customers, partners, peers and reports.
• Experience in motivating and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute safety and environmental frameworks for product, system and service delivery.
• Support UK programmes and campaigns with safety and environmental engineering expertise.
• Forecast resources and budgets for aircraft safety and environmental projects.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance team performance and delivery.
• Oversee recruitment and early career development, including graduates and interns.
• Liaise with UK MOD and Boeing stakeholders; travel to UK/international sites as needed.
