Qualifications

• Experience delivering environmental and wellbeing assessments with a focus on BREEAM, WELL, HQM and FitWel.
• A recognised BREEAM Assessor or WELL AP qualification.
• Strong understanding of UK building design, construction processes and sustainability legislation.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and reports, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, proactive, and collaborative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of environmental and wellbeing assessments from early design through to completion (BREEAM, Home Quality Mark, WELL, FitWel).
• Support training and development of junior staff on technical requirements and consultancy related to environmental assessment.
• Define, coordinate and complete design and post-construction assessments for a range of building typologies.
• Lead focused workshops on BREEAM/WELL/Fitwel with design teams including architects and engineers.
• Provide clear, practical guidance to clients and design teams on achieving targeted ratings.
• Develop and maintain trackers and documentation across project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors to identify and secure credits.
