• Senior Surveyor – Property Management
• Location: Oxford District
• Portfolio: Mixed-use (primarily multi-let offices, with some retail & industrial)
• Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits + Bonus

Madison Berkeley is partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join their Oxford Property Management team, working with institutional clients.

This is a strategic, client-facing role managing a mixed-use portfolio across Oxford and the South East, focusing on portfolio oversight and fund strategies.

The role offers exposure to major real estate investors and the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.

You will report to a Director and work within the Oxford team, contributing to service delivery, reporting, and strategic planning for a high-value institutional portfolio.

Role Overview

• Manage daily operations of a commercial property portfolio
• Handle service charge budgets, lease management, and tenant relations
• Coordinate with FM teams and support capex and mobilisation projects
• Maintain lease data and manage lease events
• Conduct inspections, reporting, and engage with occupiers
• Participate in client meetings and fund activities
• Identify value-add opportunities and support ESG initiatives
