A high-profile real estate consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Property Management Surveyor to take the lead on a collection of iconic, multi-let office buildings in the heart of London.

This is not your average property management role. The successful individual will play a pivotal part in delivering an elevated occupier experience across some of the capital’s most prestigious commercial assets—working directly with institutional clients, asset managers, and on-site teams to drive operational excellence and long-term value.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of high-end multi-let office buildings
• Manage client relationships with leading institutional investors and fund managers
• Oversee service charge budgets, income collection, and compliance with lease obligations
• Contribute to rent reviews, lease events, and asset value strategies
• Supervise and mentor junior surveyors and on-site teams
• Champion placemaking, sustainability, and occupier wellbeing initiatives

Candidate Profile

• MRICS-qualified (or close to completion) with strong London market experience
• Commercially astute with a passion for client service and operational excellence
• Proven ability to manage complex assets and large service charge budgets
• Confident communicator who can build trust with senior stakeholders and occupiers
• Proactive mindset with the drive to deliver exceptional results across every touchpoint
