Job summary

Newcastle City Council is recruiting three Senior Surveyors for its Property Team. You will work on acquisitions, disposals, and asset management to support city redevelopment and investment.

Qualifications

• MRICS / RICS Registered Valuer qualification is essential.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and effective negotiation skills.
• Experience with Landlord & Tenant legislation and tenancy issues.

Responsibilities

• Support acquisitions and disposals to aid asset management.
• Work with JVs to drive city redevelopment projects.
• Prepare and present valuation reports for stakeholders.
• Engage with external partners and tenants to negotiate terms.
