Job summary

Property Partners Recruitment is exclusively partnering with a privately owned property and development company to recruit a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor in Winchester.

The role covers estate and property management across a commercial portfolio, advisory input on acquisitions and development opportunities, and involvement in project appraisals and redevelopment to maximise rents. MRICS qualification encouraged but not essential.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in property and asset management of a commercial portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Estate management of the existing owned portfolio.
• Property management including rents and compliance.
• Provide advice on acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Lead appraisals and viability assessments of projects.
• Support redevelopment of existing commercial properties to maximise rents.
