Please note that this post require the successful individual to be based on site a minimum of 3 days per week.Harlow is a district of contrasts and an ideal location to both live and work. • Liaise with clients to understand project needs, provide expert advice, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and train junior surveyors, promoting best practices and professional development.
• Ensure all surveying activities comply with legal, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Surveying, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' professional surveying experience, with demonstrated project management capability.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in modern surveying instruments and software (e.g., GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD, GIS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional Credentials: MRICS, RICS, or equivalent certification preferred.
