Job Purpose

Our General Practice Team serves landlord and tenant clients with a full range of commercial services, including disposals, acquisitions, rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears. We also undertake red book and non-red book valuations. The role will focus on landlord & tenant work and valuations, with some agency involvement.

The successful candidate will service existing clients and generate new business.

Key responsibilities include

• Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals, and lease regears
• Acting as Expert Witness in rent review and lease renewal disputes
• Undertaking red book and non-red book valuations
• Handling disposal and acquisition projects
• Building relationships with clients and targeting new instructions
• Attending meetings with clients and the lease advisory team
• Preparing detailed reports

Person Specification

• MRICS Qualified
• Several years’ experience negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals
• Registered Valuer
• High IT literacy
• Self-motivated and autonomous
• Driven with a can-do attitude
