AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS - Remote Working Residential Surveyors - Brighton / Portsmouth

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Car or Mileage Allowance, Monthly Bonus, OTE £60,000 - £90,000

My client is a well-established national Chartered Surveying practice with over 15 years of experience. They are respected in the sector, have experienced steady growth, and employ around 35 professionals, mainly operating in the L2 / L3 home surveying sector. They are seeking experienced L2 / L3 Surveyors committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

The founder is a friendly and experienced leader, offering an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that has a strong internal infrastructure for training, support, and career progression, with an emphasis on promotion from within.

The practice primarily handles L2 and L3 work, including red book valuations, without secured lending work. Training is available for other areas such as expert witness. Typical workload involves approximately one L3 survey or two L2 surveys per day.

What the role offers:

• Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience and location, with an OTE of £60,000 - £90,000.
• Bonus scheme: 30% of net fees generated within your area, paid monthly, above a set threshold.
• Car allowance (~£6,000 per annum) or mileage allowance—most opt for the latter.
• Private healthcare, including family options (with salary sacrifice).
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
• RICS subscription, CPD, and sponsorship for VRS registration covered.
• Standard pension scheme.
