Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and measure client properties.
• Draft floor plans using CAD software.
• Manage client cases and formulate appeals.
• Prepare assessment reports, analyze, investigate, and gather evidence for business rates appeals.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Provide excellent client service and build strong relationships.
• Meet team KPIs and contribute to overall success.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of rating experience.
• Degree in Real Estate or related field preferred; non-cognate degrees and experience considered.
• Excellent communication skills.
