Scope is hiring a Senior Supporter Experience Specialist to shape our supporter journeys, retain and grow relationships with financial supporters, and maximise long-term value for our campaigns.
This fixed-term maternity cover (12 months) is full-time (35 hours per week) in London with hybrid/remote working. You will lead engagement strategies, work closely with fundraising colleagues, and oversee campaigns and audience segmentation.

We're looking for an experienced supporter engagement or fundraising professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
You’ll be confident using data and insight to improve performance, building strong stakeholder relationships and helping others develop and grow.
