Scope’s Windermere shop is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to help run daily operations, drive sales, and support a diverse team of paid staff and volunteers. The role is permanent, 14 hours per week, with two positions available at 33 Main Road, Windermere, LA23 1DX, and requires an enhanced DBS check.
Successful candidates will join a supportive team and contribute to Scope’s mission by engaging with the local community and promoting services. DBS is a condition of employment.
Pay: Starting full-time salary £24,479 a year (£13.45 an hour) pro rata for part time

Proven retail experience with team supervision and sales focus required.
