Job summary

Positive Futures is seeking a Senior Support Worker to provide high quality, person-centred care to people with learning disabilities, acquired brain injury or autism. You will lead and mentor staff, coordinate reviews with service users and families, and act as a Shift Leader when needed.

You will support staff in delivering Positive Behaviour Support plans, manage records, rotas and incidents, and help develop and evaluate person-centred plans. A QCF Level 3 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care or community setting.
• Preference for QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Ability to lead reviews and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, ABI or autism.
• Lead on developing, reviewing and evaluating person-centred plans.
• Coordinate reviews with individuals, families and others.
• Act as Shift Leader when needed and mentor staff.
• Maintain oversight of records, finances, medication and health and safety.
