Senior Support Worker & Support Worker (Torry)

Big Noise Torry (Aberdeen) are looking for a Senior Support Worker and a Support Worker to join their team.

The Senior Support Worker will act as the key contact for the Big Noise centre Support Worker team, particularly with regards to communication and Support Worker “voice” and will be the key link between the Support Worker team and the rest of the Big Noise Torry team as well as carrying out the duties of a Support Worker at Big Noise Torry.

Support Worker duties are: to support Big Noise musicians as they deliver the after-school programme; participating in sessions, modelling engagement and attention for the children whilst building strong relationships with the children and families to assist them in maximising their potential.

Salary for the Senior Support Worker is: £28,891 - £32,512 per annum pro-rata (£15.87 per hour)

Salary for the Support Worker is: Salary £25,218 - £27,004 per annum pro-rata (£13.86 per hour)

All new staff start on the first point of the scale.
