Job summary

Keys Group's specialist Supported Living service in Kettering is looking for dedicated care professionals to support people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will lead a team of Support Workers, uphold high standards of care, and promote independence and wellbeing.

As part of our inclusive team, you’ll report on care plans, liaise with health professionals and families, and participate in inductions and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
