Voyage Care in Hull is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead our residential service, supporting a group of individuals to gain independence and improve quality of life. You will supervise day-to-day operations, allocate shifts, support training, and help with medication ordering and finances.

Qualifications

• Senior role requiring leadership in a residential setting.
• Experience with enhanced support needs (behaviour impairment, mental health, ABI, autism, trauma).
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the residential service and support a group of individuals to gain independence.
• Allocate shifts, book training, induct new colleagues and supervise.
• Assist with medication ordering and financial management for those supported.
