• Support the Service and Registered Manager in daily operations to ensure CQC compliance and Health & Safety.
• Provide administrative support from the office and be available to staff and customers.
• Develop and update person-centered care plans with up-to-date medication records and risk assessments.
• Provide personal care and well-being support to older people if required.
• Collaborate with families, carers and professionals to maximise outcomes for individuals.
