The ideal candidate holds an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, with proven experience in care settings. You will supervise staff, contribute to care planning, and ensure accurate documentation and safe medication administration.

Formación

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is required.
• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• A genuine desire to care for others.
