Active Care Group in the UK is hiring a Senior Support Worker for Russell Hill. The role involves direct care within a multidisciplinary team, supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities in a modern home.

It offers a 42-hour week, with every other weekend rota, and a competitive annual FTE salary of £32,346.39 pro rata. You'll contribute to care planning, assessments, and ongoing support, ensuring residents live safely and with dignity.

Qualifications

• NVQ in Health & Social Care Level 3 or higher is desirable.
• Genuine interest in person-centred care and supporting adults with complex needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and upholding residents' rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Assist nursing team with assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care.
• Act as a key team member supporting residents to achieve planned outcomes.
• Carry out clinical tasks delegated by senior nursing staff with appropriate training.
• Maintain accurate records of care based on the care plan.
