Community Integrated Care in Stockport is seeking a MALE Advanced Support Worker with experience in autism, complex care needs and learning disabilities to join Brackley House. You will support three young men in a supported living setting, promoting independence and safety across day and night shifts (8am–8pm; 8pm–8am).
