Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker for the Russell Hill home in London. You will join a large UK provider delivering high-quality care to adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.

The role is 42 hours per week, with every other weekend on rota and day shifts, offering a pro rata salary of £32,346.39. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, supporting care planning, direct care delivery and ongoing evaluation to improve outcomes while maintaining

Qualifications

• NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 3 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Assist nursing team with assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of care.
• Support residents to achieve planned outcomes.
• Undertake clinical tasks as delegated by senior nursing staff, following training.
