Active Care Group in Sutton is seeking a Support Worker to join its residential service Mayfield Road, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and complex conditions.

This full-time role offers 42 hours per week, waking nights and day shifts, with a salary of £29,214.68 per year (FTE, pro rata) and a range of training and benefits including holidays, pension and health plans.

• Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills.
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
