Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker for a children’s residential home in the Holbeach area. You will lead a caring team to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care that supports outcomes for each child.

The role requires flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins, a full driving licence, and a strong focus on safeguarding. You will work under a Service Manager and Deputy Manager with opportunities for professional development and funded qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a residential children’s home.
• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare.
• Knowledge of Ofsted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor your team to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee delivery of quality care and daily shift management.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service developments within the home.
• Provide therapeutic care and support to individual children.
• Be a positive role model and foster trusting relationships.
