Senior Residential Children's Worker

£13.50–£15.00 per hour | 40 hours per week + sleep ins

They are now seeking a dedicated Senior Residential Children's Worker to join their experienced team and help shape brighter futures for the children in their care.

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will take a key role in the day-to-day care and support of children living in the home.

What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification)
• Experience working in a children’s residential home, including direct work with safeguarding and challenging behaviour
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• A calm, non-judgemental approach and a genuine passion for supporting young people
