Are you a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Shift Leader in a residential children's home? Or are you a Support Worker with your Level 3 Residential Childcare looking for a step up?

My client is a local charity in Leeds who support young people in the local community with their children's homes, special educational schools and community projects.

I am looking to appoint a Senior Support Worker for their brand new 2 bed residential home based in Keighley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a charitable children's home provider in their new service.

The Support Worker role is offering the following

• Starting salary of £30,163
• Sleep in payment of £42 (8 sleep ins a month gives you an extra £4,000 per annum)
• 24 Annual Leave starting - additional 3 days added after long service
• Group Pension, Healthcare Cash Scheme, Life Insurance Policy

Your will be supporting 2 young people with traumatic backgrounds, shift leading and managing a team of Support Workers, completing spot checks, supervisions and safeguarding all young people.
