An exciting new job opportunity has become available for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey. You will be working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

A boutique luxury home is a purpose-built, modern facility offering residential and nursing care. It features a therapy and exercise room and a stunning, octagonal glass public cafe.

To be considered for this position, you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Key Duties of a Senior Support Worker

• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
• Contribute to care planning and support coaching staff
• Promote the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents, and inquiries
• Update and write care plans and resident documentation
• Make and report realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care
• Administer medication to residents in accordance with policies and procedures

Benefits
