Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We have a new exciting role for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Salford.
We are looking for a motivated, resourceful and experienced individual to work in our Intensive Support Services in Salford. We provide support across 2 shared supported living services and 4 flats in the Salford area. We support service users who have a range of needs including learning disabilities and intensive support needs. These are fantastic services that enable great outcomes for the people we support.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be involved in the running of vibrant homely services where we adopt a Positive Behaviour Support Model with input from our dedicated PBS Team.
Your Role Will Include:
A minimum of two years' experience of providing care and support to people with support needs and a level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. You should have experience of supporting and supervising a staff team. You must be willing to work flexibly on a rota according to the needs of the service including sleep-ins.
