Agincare Rainham is seeking a Senior Support Worker to lead hands-on care and supervision across Rainham, using your experience, leadership and compassion to help people live safe, happy, and meaningful lives.

You will provide personal care, support daily routines and activities, lead shifts, review care plans and liaise with families and professionals. A full UK driving licence is required; Level 2 Health & Social Care with Level 3 desirable; 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior support or team leader role.
• Confidence supporting complex needs.
• Full UK driving licence and own car.
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable/working towards).
• Strong organisation and IT skills.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

The people you’ll support:

You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person is unique, and you’ll help ensure their care is person-centred, consistent, and tailored to their lifestyle, whether that’s providing personal care, helping with daily routines or enjoying days out or quieter time at home.

We’re looking for:
